Okay, so below is a quick summary of some of the events from the last three years. Exciting stuff huh. Well no, not really - essentially these are just cold hard facts. If you want to be entertained, I wouldn't bother reading them. I was told I had to provide some insight into how I got to where I am today, but frankly I just can't be bothered. Instead, i have decided to talk about myself in the third person and relinquish any charm or candor. If you decide to read the words below, it might be fun to pretend you're a robot and do it in a robotic voice.

MARCH 2010 : - Mark is now working as a freelance journalist. His third book, "The Piccadilly Line" is a twisted love story set on the London Underground - and is a study of dualism and materialism. Influenced by William Burroughs "The Naked Lunch", it is currently in production.

FEBRUARY 2010 : - Coming Up for Air is released as a first edition published by Lyvit Publishing. Work begins on a graphic Novel with Clare Young.

SEPTEMBER 2009 : - Mark joins the team at CALM (The Campaign Against Living Miserably). The first project is an interview with Psychologist Lynne Drummond, podcast and an article on anxiety.

AUGUST 2009 : - Lyvit Mirror images campaign. Endorsements from Richard Herring, Robert Llewellyn and Rufus Hound.

JULY 2009 : - Panic Monkey is now available in Waterstones, and via Bertrams and Gardeners. It is also available to order through your local library.

JUNE 2009 : - Panic and The Inner Monkey is published by Lyvit Publishing, and re released as a fourth edition with a new front cover. We finally have an ISBN.

FEBRUARY 2009 : - Mark joins the team at AnxietyUK with a regular column - The Panic Monkey. The Third edition of Panic Monkey is released.

OCTOBER 2008 : - First national press coverage for Panic and The Inner Monkey in the Mail On Sunday. The Second edition of Panic Monkey is released.

MAY 2008 : - Work starts on Coming up for Air, a book on the experiences of writing and mental health. Initially this is a tale about death at university, but becomes a novella - playing with timelines and traditional constructs. It is influenced by "Generation X" by Douglas Coupland and the film "Adaptation".

MARCH 2008 : - The first edition of Panic and the Inner Monkey is released and starts selling on ebay.

JAUARY 2007 : - Work begins on Panic and The Inner Monkey, an alternative Self Help Novel influenced by Mark Haddons "The Curious Tale of the Dog in the Night Time" and Joseph Heller's "Something Happened".
